These Terms govern your use of Joy Mates, operated by NipsApp Game Studios. By creating an account, playing a game or using a social feature, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Eligibility
Joy Mates is intended for adults. You must meet the minimum legal age in your country and be permitted to use the service. Do not use Joy Mates where doing so would violate applicable law.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting recovery codes and authentication information. Provide accurate recovery information, do not sell or transfer an account, and do not access another person’s account. Guest accounts may be lost when their original device or app data is lost.
Games and fair play
Games are for entertainment. Do not cheat, collude, use automation, exploit errors, manipulate matchmaking or deliberately disrupt another player’s game. We may correct results or balances affected by technical errors, fraud or abuse.
Virtual coins and items
Joy Mates coins and virtual items are licensed digital content for use only inside Joy Mates. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money or real-world prizes, sold, transferred outside supported in-app features or exchanged through third-party markets. Purchasing coins does not create ownership of a monetary asset.
Digital purchases on Android are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s payment and refund rules. We may delay or reverse virtual credits associated with a cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or invalid transaction. Purchased virtual currency does not expire while the service and account remain available, except where required to remedy fraud or comply with law.
Social features
Follow the Community Guidelines whenever you use chat, voice, clubs, profiles or other social features. You grant NipsApp the limited rights needed to transmit, store, moderate and display content you submit as part of the service. You remain responsible for that content.
Service changes
We may update game balance, features, supported devices and availability to maintain, secure and improve Joy Mates. Multiplayer depends on internet access and service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of every game or feature.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud, safety risks or legal requirements. You may stop using Joy Mates or delete your account at any time. Sections concerning virtual-item limitations, enforcement and liability continue where legally applicable.
Disclaimer and liability
Joy Mates is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NipsApp is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date. If a material change requires consent, we will request it in the app. Questions can be sent to support@nipsapp.com.
