By using chat, voice or other social features in Joy Mates, you agree to these Community Guidelines and our Terms of Service.
Keep it safe
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying or targeted humiliation.
- No sexual, exploitative or graphic content, especially content involving minors.
- No scams, impersonation, spam, illegal content or attempts to buy, sell or trade accounts or virtual currency.
- Do not share phone numbers, home addresses, payment details, passwords, authentication tokens or other private contact information.
- No cheating, collusion, automation, exploits or deliberate disruption of games.
Text and social content
Table, direct and group messages may be automatically screened for abuse, scams, links and attempts to share private contact details. Direct messages require an accepted friendship.
Voice chat
Voice is optional and off until a player enables it. Voice is not recorded. Mute, block or leave immediately if a conversation makes you uncomfortable, and report the player so we can review available account and game context.
Reports and enforcement
Players can report content and clearly block another player. We may mask or remove content, warn players, issue strikes, restrict chat or voice, suspend accounts, reverse abusive activity or permanently remove accounts. Enforcement depends on severity, context and prior conduct.
Appeals
If an active restriction is eligible for appeal, use the account section in Joy Mates or contact support@nipsapp.com. Include the player name and the reason you believe the decision should be reviewed.
